I purchased the 2 hair blowouts for $15 at the end of August through BuyTopia for 1bodybar.
Unfortunately, the business was located atop the Roots store at 369 Queen St. West and burned down on October 30th. I emailed BuyTopia later the week asking what could be done for a refund and they said that the business would most likely be reopening somewhere else and would not supply with with a refund.
I continued to check 1BodyBar's Facebook page to look for updates but the owner stated they had no immediate plans to reopen. I sent another email on December 4th asking AGAIN for a refund as I was unable to use the voucher as the business does not exist. No reply. Again, I looked at 1BodyBar's page and there were other people complaining about being unable to receive a refund from BuyTopia. At this point, I would just like something, money or a credit because my money is of no use being held to a voucher for a non-existent business.
Is anyone else in the same situation as myself? I'm struggling to get into contact with anyone at BuyTopia over email or phone.
