This is a pretty good deal. I booked that hotel on a hotwire a few weeks ago for $70 and change and it didn't include the extras. The hotel is pretty nice, the rooms were comfortable and the location is really great (less than 5 minutes from the border, across the street from the Seneca Niagara Casino, short drive to the outlet mall). The TGI Friday's has normal pricing (not the exhorbitant pricing found in Niagara Falls ON). I enjoyed my stay there when we went, and just booked this deal now (for the night before we see Lisa Lampanelli at the Seneca Niagara Casino). Stackable up to 3 nights.
FYI Parking at the hotel is $5, but parking at the casino right across the street is free. Also, does not include 16% tax.
