U.S. only? Groupon - Recertified Chromecast $15

This might be U.S. Groupon only cause I can't seem to pick Ontario from the drop down.

Recertified for $25... but use coupon code HAPPY10 and get another $10 off... bringing total down to $15.

Can anyone get this to ship to Canada? Help!
