EDIT: With further research, it looks like once again RDeals fails to provide a deal. Also, research shows that the "cracked" lightning adapter kits are not 100% failproof. There is a consistent connection issue where your device will say the connected device is not compatible, and you have to remove the cable and connect it multiple times until it connects. Also, there are some reports of the fake cables harming the lightning port as you use it.
Usually, I avoid RDeals because most of the deals they post aren't actually "deals". But this one seems like a reasonable deal for the adapters. Also I'm sure many people have their $10 voucher to use up which makes this a good deal.
They do charge tax and shipping. So expect your cost at the end to be around $25 for 2 iPhone 5 adapters and the cable. 1 adapter costs around $15 on ebay so you still end up saving if you needed these.
